Michal Rydzewski

Chiropractor

Michal completed his Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science before going on to earn his Master of Chiropractic at Macquarie University. He has a strong interest in treating sporting injuries, performance-related conditions, and helping individuals of all ages move with strength and confidence.
Michal has worked extensively in football, providing sports training and injury support for Apia Leichhardt Tigers and Blacktown City Demons, as well as multiple other competitive teams. Through this experience, he has developed a deep understanding of the physical demands placed on athletes and the importance of structured, goal-orientated care to support both performance and longevity in sport.

He has undertaken further professional development in:
• Dry Needling
• Sports Trainer Level 1

Michal takes a holistic, whole-body approach to care that is centred around the individual. He recognises that no two patients are the same, and treatment should reflect that. Rather than focusing solely on where the pain is, he considers how the body is functioning as a whole and tailors management to each person’s goals, lifestyle, and physical demands.

His approach combines hands-on treatment with clear, goal-orientated rehabilitation. Whether the aim is returning to competitive sport, improving strength and mobility, or simply moving through daily life without discomfort, Michal works collaboratively with patients to create a structured plan that supports long-term progress.

Having grown up playing competitive football, Michal understands firsthand the challenges that injuries can bring. This experience has shaped the way he supports his patients and the perspective he brings to their care.

Outside of practice, Michal enjoys strength training, running, and staying involved in sport. He is passionate about helping people move well and stay active at every stage of life.
